Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager position is central to INVE’s growth strategy in the marine fish sector. The successful candidate will:
- Develop and implement strategic diversification plans focused on financial growth in both existing and new aquaculture markets
- Transform opportunistic sales into sustainable business relationships
- Collaborate closely with the China Area Manager to build comprehensive 5-year business plans
- Drive market expansion and product adoption across the APAC and China regions

Business Implementation | Execute action plans until business is established, then manage roll-out and handover to sales teams |
Client Relations | Arrange business meetings with prospective customers and promote company products and services |
Internal Coordination | Work with different departments to compile necessary tools for successful implementation of action plans |
Reporting | Report to Regional Sales Director on identified potentials and collaborate on prioritizing action plans |
